We are a large NHS Trust with a COVID-19 testing portal that needs supporting and developing. It is used by a number of NHS organisations already so its a responsible but exciting opportunity to take it much further with the potential for developing a team as well.
If you do not have a health background then you will benefit from being on site and meeting people to learn. For an experienced person though, remote working is possible.
In this role you will be a hands on manager so you need to have good knowledge of OctoberCMS and be able to show us how your skills have improved over the years. You will need to be completely familiar with the development workflow using Github of course.
At the interview you will be asked to present some of your own code so we are really looking for someone who can demonstrate that they know what they are doing.
This is a new post with a team of one other person so you will be able to shape the role to your own way of working. You will need to create standard development processes and tools and be able to work in a corporate environment that does not work as fast as you do.
